In-Store Marketplace (ISM)

A Mood Media Platform

Enterprise platform for creating, managing, and delivering in-store audio and visual advertising campaigns.

Leading Product Design

Over the past three years, I have led product design for In-Store Marketplace (ISM), an enterprise SaaS platform that enables national and international retailers and brands to create, schedule, and manage in-store audio and visual advertising campaigns.

As the lead UX/UI designer, I partnered closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to transform business objectives into intuitive, scalable product experiences. From optimizing existing workflows to launching entirely new features, I helped shape a platform that continues to evolve alongside the needs of enterprise customers.

As the business expanded, including a rebrand from the Vibenomics to In-Store Marketplace and continued growth into international retail partnerships, my responsibilities grew beyond interface design to include product strategy, information architecture, design systems, developer collaboration, quality assurance, marketing websites, and enterprise product launches.

I wasn't simply designing screens, I was helping shape how the product evolved, how teams collaborated, and how customers experienced the platform.

⭐️ "Meg immediately took ownership of the product's design, driving it forward while quickly learning a complex application. Her ability to balance exceptional UX with technical constraints reflects the strengths of an experienced product designer.”

What Leaders Are Saying

⭐️ "Meg has a rare ability to translate ideas into efficient, modern designs while collaborating seamlessly with engineering and stakeholders. Her communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving consistently elevate the product."

⭐️ "Meg quickly mastered the application and became an invaluable contributor to planning and cross-functional collaboration. Her organization, creativity, and proactive approach ensure every solution is aligned with both user and business goals."

Building a Scalable Design Practice

As the platform grew, so did the design practice.

When I joined the team, there was no established product design process. Beyond designing new features, I helped define how design work moved from discovery through implementation by introducing structured workflows for research, design reviews, developer handoff, documentation, and quality assurance.

As the platform continued to evolve, I also established scalable design practices including Figma organization, reusable component libraries, consistent documentation, and implementation reviews which improved collaboration across Product and Engineering while creating a more consistent user experience.

Some tools I used included figma/figma ai, jira, gemini, & cursor.
