Communication.
I was able to work with the team to set up weekly pod meetings. Not only with the product team, but with our other internal teams (Sales & Marketing). I knew that in order to be successful we also needed weekly meetings as a whole team to make sure all of our goals were aligning and to update each other on our progress. We also needed a streamlined communication tool. I suggested slack but quickly found out that group text worked best!
Task Management.
I was able to learn more about the product team and the back-end work that went with it. I gained knowledge and understanding of the software GitHub. When I helped out with marketing I was also able to set up a marketing calendar and task assignment utilizing Airtable! It was a great tool and I still utilize it in both my personal and professional life.
