Purdue Spring 2020
What it was like working as a project manager.
During my last semester at Purdue, I had the pleasure of being a Project Manager for 2 teams- Coupa & Fountain. I worked alongside other PO's as well to offer and receive advice throughout the semester. My role included overseeing that each team runs smoothly in regards to task management, time management, and staying on top of their sprints/milestones/goals. I also conducted 1-on-1's with all of the team members and team leads to ensure no conflicts or issues as well as monitoring their growth throughout the semester. I provided feedback on any research and testing conducted as well as offered my support on any part of their projects.
Team Coupa
Project Overview Coupa Software is a global technology platform for Business Spend Management. For this project, this team was given the issue that small businesses need to understand how to present themselves to larger companies. This was a research-focused project on how small businesses who are suppliers can market themselves to large companies as well as how can large companies find suppliers.

Team Fountain
Project Overview Fountain is a start-up food-delivery service founded by our sponsor, Richard. For this project he wanted the team to create a template-similar to wix or squarespace- specifically for restaurants who want to have a delivery service.
